Owego is a yuan-ti from Shavarath and a Master Stargazer ofRamandu's Rock.
History[]
Owego rarely speaks of his past - though he has written books about Shavarath and the yuan-ti. He left the island when he was relatively young. Some of Owego's students include Luke and Meryn.
Description[]
Master Owego is the most learned of all the Stargazers. He spends much of his time in the library, as his appearance can be frightening to those not used to him.
In the Campaign[]
Owego asked Vantis and Lannus to find his missing studentJeb, but they discovered that he had been killed. Vantis and Lannus later asked Owego to hide a decoy Vessel in the library.
