The Lead Chest is an artefact with mysterious powers.

History

The Lead Chest seems to have been created by wish magic and may have been created alongside the Iron Crown of Tashar, but it is much less well-known. Somehow this item found its way into the hands of the Thranish wizard Maharion.

Description

The Lead Chest is incredibly heavy, and has the extraordinary property of being able to conceal itself and its contents from divination magic.

In the Campaign

When Maharion was killed on the journey to Charn, the Lead Chest was transported to Ramandu's Rock. The Stargazers have decided to keep it hidden there, perhaps to use it to conceal vessels.
