Aksaj was the chieftain of the sand elf Jackal Clan.
History[]
Aksaj took control of the clan when his predecessor Lysha was killed. His clan had no home and few allies, but they were said to be protected by the jackal lord Jahazarus. The clan frequently raided Thranish and Tasharish travellers and settlements under Aksaj's command, as well other sand elf clans.

Aksaj had prominent tribal tattoos and long dark hair. He was a notably proficient archer, but not particularly skilled in melee combat. He could be somewhat indecisive as a leader, but usually obeyed the orders of the Lords of Dust out of fear.
In the Campaign[]
Vantis and Lannus were attacked by Lysha and some elves very soon after they first met, killed her and took her jackal mask. Aksaj later discovered the bodies. Vantis, Lannus and Rexxar later encountered Aksaj while he was participating in a cannibalistic summoning ritual with elves from his tribe, after which he was consumed by the being he had summoned.
